How often will you clean my home?
As often as you want. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly are the common choices for homes; short-term rentals usually run on a turnover schedule tied to checkouts. One-off deep cleans are fine too.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning appointment?
No. Most of our clients are not home while we clean — we work in rental properties across Leadville and are used to lockboxes, smart locks and key handovers. Be there if you prefer, especially for a first visit.
What kinds of cleaning products do you use?
Eco-friendly products as standard. If you have allergies, pets, sensitive surfaces or products you would rather we used, tell us and we will work with them.
How far in advance do I have to book a cleaning appointment?

Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?
Not much. Picking up clutter and personal items from surfaces lets us spend the time cleaning rather than tidying. Everything else is our job.
Can I get an estimate over the phone, or do you need to visit?
Often over the phone or from the estimate form, if you can tell us the square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms and what you want done. For larger or more complicated properties we would rather see it in person and give you an accurate number.
